SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW. Your order will be dispatched within 7 business days, as all our fine art prints are made to order. If you’re not at home, the courier will either leave a notice in your letter box directing you on the next steps in order collect or arrange a re-delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use Australia Post standard service and is fully traceable once shipped. There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business day after your order has been dispatched. Domestic shipping is FREE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use a variety of international couriers, please allow for 7-10 business days for your print to arrive (after ship date). We’ll send you the tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Flat rate shipping is applied at the checkout. Global international shipping is $40 AUD

RETURNS

Each print goes through some pretty rigorous quality checks before being released to be shipped. We stand by each print, just as if it’s Tyson’s newborn, so if you have any issues with quality, or simply having trouble getting it framed please get in touch via info@tysonmillar.com

As we print each artwork as you order we’re unable to accept any returns or exchanges on prints.

What happens if I’m not at home when my artwork arrives? 
The courier will either place your parcel in a safe spot near the entrance, or take it to the nearest post office where it can be picked up the next day.
My print arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do now? 
We always do our best to deliver the highest quality artwork. In the unlikely event of your print arriving damaged or faulty, we will replace the order immediately. Make sure to take photos of the article upon arrival (if damaged) and the damage or the faults on the print itself, and get in touch with us via info@tysonmillar.com so we can resolve the issue.
